FAQ and Help
Processing Time & Shipping
Most orders are completed and shipped back within 3–5 business days after we receive your frames. You’ll get tracking updates every step of the way.
Note:
Some frame and lens combinations require additional measurements for precise fitting before we can complete your order. If that applies to your lenses, we’ll notify you right away and let you know if any extra processing time is needed.
Insurance & Reimbursement
We don’t bill insurance directly, but many vision plans will reimburse you for out-of-network lens services.
After your order is complete, we’ll send you an itemized receipt you can submit to your provider. Most customers are reimbursed for the lenses — and sometimes for the full service — depending on their plan.
Not sure if you're covered? Check with your vision provider and ask if they reimburse for lens replacement on existing frames.
HSA/FSA
Yes, we accept HSA and FSA cards!
Prescription lenses are a qualified medical expense, and you can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for your order — including upgrades like thinner lenses, progressives, and sunglasses.
Just use your HSA/FSA card at checkout like any regular credit card. We’ll provide an itemized receipt in case your plan requires documentation.

Disclaimer
We care deeply about your frames — but please note the following important policies:
- We are not liable for frames lost or damaged during shipping. However, optional shipping insurance is available at checkout to help cover these risks. We recommend using it for added peace of mind.
- Frames are inspected before lens work begins, but some structural weaknesses or wear may not be visible. If a frame is approved for processing and damage occurs during lens manufacturing, we will refund the lens cost but cannot reimburse the value of the frame.
- We strongly discourage sending rare, irreplaceable, or sentimental frames without contacting us first for a suitability assessment.
Our team handles every pair with care and craftsmanship — but as with any handmade process, there’s always a small risk. Insurance helps cover that gap.
