What We Don't Do

  • 🛑 Safety Glasses & Specialty Goggles

    We’d love to help, but OSHA would probably smite us with a clipboard if we started tinkering with those. Better to keep your safety gear OSHA-approved and wizard-magic-free.

  • 🛑 Drill-Mount / Full Rimless Frames

    We’re working on expanding our magic, but right now these fragile frames don’t always survive the ritual. Until the spell is perfected, we can’t guarantee good results.

  • 🛑 Damaged or Brittle Eyewires

    If the wire holding your lenses is cracked, warped, or ready to snap, even wizardry can’t keep it together. Magic works best on frames that still have a little fight left in them.

How the Process Works 🪄

1. Place your order
Pick your lenses — prescription or non-prescription, clear, Transitions®, or sun.

2. Follow-up email
After checkout, you’ll get an email asking you to:

  • Upload your prescription (photo, screenshot, or PDF all work)
  • Share a few pictures of your frames
  • Take a quick selfie wearing your glasses (helps us verify fit)

3. Mailer kit arrives
We’ll send you a pre-addressed box with step-by-step instructions. Just pack your frames, attach the label, and send them off.

4. Lens wizardry in action
Your new lenses are crafted with precision, installed in your frames, and finished with a complimentary deep clean, tune-up, and minor repairs if needed.

5. Ready to wear
Your renewed glasses return to your doorstep, refreshed and enchanted.
